Ink on paper. A page from my sketchbook.
Thank you for such a nice comment on my IF for this week. I really like your work, so many varied mediums. This seems very Escher inspired, very nice!
Thanks! I love exploring with different mediums and I am glad it is evident 🙂
I love this.
It does look M.C. Escher inspired. I like the hypnotic pattern the swirls and the fish create. Once again, great illustration.
Thank you. I enjoyed drawing it! 🙂
Nice that you made fish weaving through the wave. Clean, crisp lines, yet still so whimsical, I love it!
Thank you 🙂
Beautifully designed – very fluid and simple. Love it!
Very nice ink and patterns.
Thanks for stopping by!
NICE! Like a Japanese stencil; you should cut one!
Thats an idea! I have never cut a stencil. Maybe I will give it a try. 🙂
I love this! Those thicker black lines are the definition of fluid and it’s great how the fish are weaving around them.
Thanks! I wanted to give it a little dimension by overlapping the fish with the fluid lines. 🙂
I found my eyes darting around your drawing a little like the way the fish might swim. Very fluidy!
Thanks :-). That was the idea!
I like it. It really looks like they are moving!
This is lovely, with a great sense of movement. NIce job!
And thank you for visiting!
I am glad I achieved the fluid movement 🙂
Graphical and alive in the same time…I really like it!
Thank you so much!
So beautiful… this looks like a textile design. I wouldn’t mind having a scarf printed with this 🙂
🙂 Thank you!
